Return Policy Information

You are eligible to return a faulty item within 30 days after you have received your item and the item must be with us by this time. Any item returned after the 30 days unfortunately cannot be refunded. Any returned item must be unworn and in original packaging. Any item returned that shows signs of being worn or washed or is without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Also please do ensure you CAREFULLY check the user's manual provided with each item on the storer in the item description before making and finalising your purchase.

Refunding
If you require a refund for a faulty item this will be credited to you using the method you used to make the original purchase. A refund will be issued once we have received your unworn item in original packaging. A refund may take up to 5-7 working days to reach your account depending on your payment method and your bank.

Returning Your Item
When returning an item please include the following information with your package: date of purchase, full name and address, email address you used when placing your order along with the order number issued. Once your returned item has been received and checked we will email you to notify you your item has been received and if your refund has been agreed. You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage on your returned item and unfortunately this is non-refundable. Please ensure you use a 'tracked and/or signed for' method of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We can only exchange items if they are received by you faulty at our discretion. We take great care to check each item before shipping, however, if you need a faulty item exchanged then please inform us by emailing us at marketing3@marvo-tech.com, we will email you a returns form. Return your item to the address below. Please ensure to include in your package the following: date of purchase, full name and address, email address you used when placing your order along with any order number issued. An exchange for the same item only will be processed.

International Duties and Tax
Depending on where you live your package might be subject to duty and/or tax. Duty and/or tax on international shipments are legal requirements and must be paid before your item can be delivered to you. The amount payable is set by customs authority within your own country of residence. As the customer, these charges will be applicable once your package reaches your country and you will be notified by the relevant authorities if this applies to you. You will have to pay this amount before receiving your item.

Return shipping
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
